Terms of Service

Rules for using the appazon marketplace and developer console.

By accessing appazon, you agree to these terms with appazon. If you disagree, do not use the service.

Service description

appazon provides a marketplace to discover mobile apps and a platform for developers to upload and distribute builds via install links and optional public listings.

Accounts

  • You must provide accurate registration information.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

Developer responsibilities

  • You must own or have rights to distribute uploaded builds.
  • You must not upload malware, spyware, or deceptive software.
  • You are responsible for compliance with Apple, Google, and local app store policies.
  • Published marketplace listings must accurately describe your app.

User-generated content

Reviews, app metadata, and developer-uploaded content are your responsibility. We may remove content that is abusive, fraudulent, or infringes third-party rights. We do not pre-screen all uploads.

Downloads and installs

Apps are distributed outside official app stores at your own risk. appazon does not warrant that any build is safe, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. You install third-party software at your sole discretion.

Advertising

Public pages may display third-party ads (including Google AdSense). Developer Pro promoted listings are separate paid placements and are not controlled by Google. See our Privacy Policy.

Prohibited use

  • Reverse engineering or scraping the service beyond normal use.
  • Circumventing rate limits, entitlements, or access controls.
  • Uploading illegal content or content that violates intellectual property rights.
  • Using the service to spam or phish users.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, appazon is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or third-party apps.

Changes

We may modify these terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
